Explain the value of the problem you are solving and what the value of the solution is
Describe the technology, the secret sauce, or the magic behind your product. Explain how your solution is unique and how it is different. The less text and the more diagrams, schematics, and flowcharts the better. If you have a prototype or demo, this is the time to transition to it.
Explain how your project will generate revenue from its consumers
Explain how you will reach your customer without breaking the bank
Provide a complete view of the competitive landscape. Too much is better than too little.
Describe the key players of your management team, board of directors, and board of advisors, as well as your major investors
Provide a three-year forecast containing not only dollars but also key metrics such as number of customers and conversion rate. Do a bottom-up forecast, not top-down
Explain the current status of your product, what the future looks like, and how you will use the money you are trying to raise
